Recently banned listed but still locked

    Recently banned listed but still locked


    I was recently banned but now it was all cleared from my account but I still have a communication ban on every single account on my Xbox I don't know if I'm console banned and if getting a new console would help fix this or I don't know what to do please
    help

    Can't play online.

    I was recently banned from playing online, but now the ban is over. But I still can't play online Recently banned listed but still locked :(

    Am i permanently communication banned?

    Recently I have been communication banned on my Xbox one, but now that my ban is done I still cannot contact anyone or speak in party chat am I permanently banned?

    Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, queries and additional information can be found on our Xbox Enforcement page while signed-in. You can also check the option to file a Case
    Review     for additional information.

    You can also contact official Xbox Support to check your account: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    This is a device privilege suspension lasting 60 days usually. This only affects communication but you have to be banned a lot of times for it to happen

    Agreed, but this seems like a recent change; I've uploaded things to my File Share as recently as last week, but now I'm being told that my name is invalid. I'm guessing that LIVE recently updated their banned words list. From what I've read, old gamertags
    that violate changes in the banned words list are grandfathered in.
