    I think with the last xbox one update there was a problem with the audio shortcut from the home button. Normally it sits right under the Profile & System settings. Help or getting the word to microsoft would be appreciated.

    Yes, full on original 250GB HD by Microsoft. Came fully sealed in the Microsoft packaging...the HD had the sticker on it. Came with transfer cable and disc. Could it truly be dying after only 2 months?

    Well today before turning it on I took out the HD and reconnected it and made sure it was secure. It booted up normally today and didn't ask me to update or anything. But im not sure that will fix the problem since i seem to be having random problems

    As for my problem with the one red light and the freezing on bootup, does that sound like an HDrelated issue as well?

    Would be just my luck if I buy a fault HD and my Xbox has a problem as the same exact time.

    Does anyone know why when I try and type a post in seperate sections it mashes it all together?
