    Recent transaction not showing up under account.


    There was an accidental purchase someone made under my account. I spoke to Customer Service to attempt to get a refund, however it was made aware to me that the transaction did not appear under my account. I went to check under my recent purchases and for
    the past several months NONE of my transactions appear. I gave the Customer Service Representative several recent Order Numbers which I had from emailed receipts, but not a single one showed up under my account. I am certain I made all the purchases under
    my account being that I have access to all of them on my xbox. I even have the emailed receipts for each transaction and they were indeed charged to my Credit Card.

    Please help.

    Xbox Live Rewards credits not being added to my account

    So recently I've notice some of my transactions are not showing up on my XBL rewards account which didn't make since. The transactions where going through and they're showing up on my Microsoft rewards transactions but not my Xbox. I was wondering is there
    a problem or is this the way it is?

    Well, that is odd indeed! Just to be sure it's showing up on this account as it should be, could you check out
    commerce.microsoft.com and see what the recent transactions say for you? If you could, please provide a screenshot of your recent transactions so that we can double check that for you. We'll be able to know which
    direction we'll be going once we have that. Recent transaction not showing up under account. :D

    Bought a game but didn't buy the game?

    Hi Hassassianade, okay it does show up in my billing history on my Mircosoft account online under recent transactions, but on my Xbox purchase history and on xbox.com its like I never even purchased the 1,600 MSP or the minecraft game.

    What do I do? Do I call them now?

    Game pass pc hasn't upgraded

    This may mean that the transaction isn't successful or it was purchased under a different Microsoft account. Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

    If it still isn't showing up, you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the charge since there are no successful transactions on your end.

    Please make sure that you are logged in under your primary account on Windows 10 that you used for purchasing the game. If you are logged in under another account it won't show up. Additionally, please check your purchases page to make sure the transaction
    went thru :)
