Recent small issue

So, I seem to have had some software problems recently. They aren't frequent, but this has happened once on two days, only separated by a day (where I didn't play)

So I put a disc in, and it starts it up, and it acts like it's loading, and what happens is it sends me back to the home, and when I try to get back in the game, it sends me back to the home again after a few seconds. This is easily fixed by ejecting the
disc, and then putting it back in. The disc drive isn't making weird noises and games play just fine, and this has happened with two different games so it isn't a disc-specific issue.

Had the same thing happen every now and then. I usually quit the game from the start button menu and it loads fine after that.

 

Like Mr Genchy I've had this happen a few times and quitting the game and restarting sorts it out.

Might also be worth hard resetting your console, if you don't know how, when the console is on, hold the power button on front of console for about 10 seconds, you will hear it beep, once it's shut down, leave for a few minutes and turn it back on, this
often sorts out minor hiccups.

This even happens even in all Digital Game. I believe it is a function of the Xbox One to close an App if for any reason it cannot be deployed. In short, it's part of the Xbox One's design.
