Recent purchases not added to my Windows rewards - Please review

I was directed to this forum even though it seems Xbox Rewards has been changed to Windows Rewards in Canada. Hoping someone can answer why my Xbox purchases are not appearing in my Windows rewards?

Didn't get my credit points

I have not received my rewards points from my most recent purchases either. My VIP percentage value did increase, although my rewards points total did not increase. Please assist if this is an error as I believe I was not properly credited with my points

So much money, zero points earned from store purchases.

Whenever I check my balance for Xbox Live Rewards, it does not update

Are there only certain items purchased via the market place that will grant reward points?

Did I miss a step during set-up?

Can somebody please contact me and review my rewards balance with that of my purchase history please

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

Are you playing the game on iOS, Android, or Windows?
Did you purchase the Ad blocker feature on the same platform you’re trying to play?

If you purchased the Ad blocker feature on a Windows device, and you’re playing there, please review if you're able to see the purchase in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”

I found this strange, Bangladesh and other countries were added recently to the rewards program…
May I know how did you earned points in the past?

In any case and answering your questions. This is normal, I mean. The rewards program was added recently to these regions I have some friends on Chile and recently added countries. They see the same rewards as you (but instead of the Roblox gift card they see a LoL gift card)

You may need to keep waiting until the rewards team adds more quest, rewards and daily sets in your country.
