    Recent Players stuck showing only 3 years ago


    Under the friends menu on my xbox, pc, phone and accounts.xbox.com. My recent players list has been stuck for 3 years only showing players from 3 years ago. Please help. I believe this is a server side issue but no one at xbox support can help me telling
    me to put it in the forum that there is nothing they can do.

    Xbox One Recent Players Not Appearing Yet?

    I have a recent players list that only shows Titanfall players that I've played from 3 or 4 weeks ago. I have never seen anything recent like NBA 2k 14 players show up under the recent players category. Like everything else on this console it's broke
    and lackluster. I've been a loyal consumer of MS products but this X box One is seriously testing my loyalty. I don't know how technical this is to fix but they should just copy and paste everything from the 360.

    yea i got the same problem my recent players are from weeks ago and only show players from cod or titanfall its a really lazy design

    Thank you for reaching out to us here, can you let us know the steps that you walked through with the team regarding this? Did the team say anything about escalating this to another team by chance?

    They made me remove my account from my Xbox and readd it and the support case that I got them to open was closed saying a coming update would fix the issue. That wasn't the case and I still have the issue.

    New update

    My recent player list was consistently only showing one of the people I played with and then when I played with someone else that one person was replaced with the most recent one instead of added to the list. My list shows people I played with 5 days ago
    but only keeps 1 of the most recent in there... Is this a bug? Hopefully its not designed to actually work this way or it is next to useless...
