Recent Players list glitch?

Discus and support Recent Players list glitch? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For about the last two weeks, I have encountered a weird issue. Let me give some background information first.     Recent Players list glitch?


    For about the last two weeks, I have encountered a weird issue. Let me give some background information first. I have been in "needs work" and "avoid me" reputation many times due to the toxic environment in many video games online. However, I can usually
    get completely out of "avoid me" within 1-2 days of playing BF1 all day. I have done this countless times before. My process is to play a match so that my "recent players" list updates after each game, supplying me with 63 different players to refresh. However,
    I am currently on "needs work" reputation. This time, regardless of any game I try, it takes the top 10-12 spots on the "recent players" list and updates them. I will finish a full 64 player game, yet only 10 people get updated. This has never happened before.

    Things I have tried: -called Microsoft only to be hung up on 3 times due to the weird nature of my inquiry (no one knows how to fix)

    -signed out of my account and signed back in

    -removed account and added back

    -hard reset xbox many different ways

    -reset internet multiple times

    -exchanged at microsoft store today for a brand new xbox

    Another note: I have 3 "smurf" accounts on my xbox. They do not have this effect happening to them what so ever, it is only my specific account. Any help please?

    We do not have any details regarding future updates. You will most likely see details like this on Xbox Wire or on Major Nelson's blog.

    Case Review process, which wouldn't be applicable here.

    Recent Player list???

    Well, I know that the Recent Players List is up now. But, practically all of the games I play don't populate the RPL, so it's still useless...NBA 2k14, for example...NEVER puts players in there. It's ridiculous. What's going on here? If it's not one thing
    it's another with the XBO...Love the updates...But, where the hell are the BASICS with this thing?

    Recent Player list???

    The main problem I saw was that I'm playing a match with someone on Killer Instinct and I had to report them for disconnecting during a ranked match. I didn't get the match even though I clearly won and then I had to look at my replay then go to add friends
    type it in then I was able to report them person. That takes way too long even simple games have an easier way of doing that.
