Recent Player List doesn't work for me

Hello everybody!

I've been pretty excited for the march update mainly because of the recent players list.

I downloaded the update yesterday and the list appears in the friends app but it doesn't seem to work. Even after playing hours of FIFA14.

The list stays clear...

How can i fix this?

Xbox One Recent Players Not Appearing Yet?

I had the Beta and it didn't work for me. On the forums it was mentioned that the recent player list works for some games and not others. Battlefield 4 is one that doesn't seem to work.

 

Recent friends list not working

My recent friends list doesn't work, it's still empty. Anyone else?

 

Mine too. I hope this is fixed soon.

 

Something I heard that might fix this is go into settings, DVD & Blueray, and then Clear Persistent Storage.

I was having this issue when the update first released, but starting today it is accurately showing all my recent players in Killer Instinct.

 

I'm having Forza 5 and Ryse players in that list but it won't show Fifa or bf4. pretty weird

 

Same here. No recent players showing for either FIFA or BF4, I have been in contact with support via Twitter and they have made me unplug everything including my toaster to get this update working and it still doesn't show anything.

This console is an utter shambles, there really is no excuse for it and I'm genuinely regretting my decision to buy it.

I can't see my recent players list as well, it is teliing me we can't show your recent players list right now.

Sorry to hear you're still having issues with your recent players list.

A couple of questions to help us get a better idea on this one:

• Is this error message popping up everytime you try to check your list?
• Are you able to try your profile on a different console or a different profile on your console to see if the same message pops up?
  
• Were you able to see your recent players list before and it's now stopped or did you never see it?

Question 1: Yes the same message comes up everytime I check my recent players list. We can't show your recent players list right now.

Question 2: I am not able to try my profile on a different console, I am able to see my recent players list on my smartglass with this same account. I tried a different gamertag on my console and it works perfectly fine, except for my account.

Question 3: Yes I was able to see it before, but ever since I had the May beta update I haven't been able to see it, and it can't be the May beta update because I have two other friends who are in the beta and it works perfectly fine for them.

 

@Mr UgOtOwn3D What games are you playing? I know that a couple of EA titles (FIFA, BF4) aren't sending down recent players. EA is aware of the problem and they're hoping to have them fixed soon. If it's all games can you get into a MP match and then respond
with the time(ish) you were playing and what you were playing? Thanks!

 

I was playing call of duty ghost at 3:51 eastern us time. I am in the May beta update as well. Still can not see it.
