Recent achivement list not updating

While I don't know exactly whats going I could try and give you some tips, but first I would just like to know if you have tried anything like checking settings, your WiFi, and/or anything else?

Whenever I get an achivemnt the recent achivemnt list dosent update with the that achivement. I have to turn of my xbox or sign out of my profile to actually see the achivemnt on the list

I have noticed similar recently....at some point, it didn't pop with an achievement and, ever since then, whenever I unlock an achievement, the notification lists the previous achievement unlocked....ie if I completed a Mass Effect achievement 2 weeks ago, when I unlock an achievement in Forza Horizon 4 today, the notification links to the Mass Effect one and the FH4 one won't show in the list until I unlock a new one.

However, the achievemtns show as complete if I go to achievements through the game list...and it still lets me complete the Rewards task. This continues even after I've restarted the console.

this menue wont update with a new achivemnt when I unlock it. It only updates when I turn my xbox on and off again

I really lile that idea! I guess the best thing you can do if you are looking for a game in your achivement list without scrolling is to load the game up (then close if you dont want to play it). After this it will be at the top of your achivement list
as gos by most recent played.
