Receiving this error when loading Destiny

Started getting this error after going through a huge list of other troubleshooting steps. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the Xbox app, windows.

it was downloaded into System (C

would an antivirus/firewall not allow me to play? when i launch the game itll prompt me to install/allow Destiny's anticheat BattleEye to install and do its thing. once its finished and complete the next pop up is this error code.

moominz - please be more specific on what happens when you try to load the game. Include the Destiny error code you receive.

When you get an error code when loading Destiny it is a problem they have help pages for. Head over to Bungie's Help page and type in the code you got for a solution.
