Receiving Party and game invites problem

So I was told by Xbox support to try my last bit of lucky on the forums in regards of a very slim chance of getting my party and game invites fixed. Iv read a few of the ether but I've yet to find one like mine and has been going on for as long as mine has
witch has been going on for well over a year possible 2... iv call xbox support multiple times from when it started and iv even tryed agin today each time we went through there troubleshooting for my end and there multiple times we check internet connection
removed account look at every setting you name it we did it multiple times on my Xbox One try and firgure out why I don't receive party or game invites which has going on now for well over a year if not 2 i had even move to then new Xbox One X I got on release
and I still have yet to receive any party or game invites on there as well and im not just talking about the pop-up notification it doesn't appear I received it anywhere my notifications bar when you manually open it. With that said xbox support looked into
a possible account issue with my account and found nothing and was told they believe it has something to do with the preview program that opt out of and removed from my old Xbox witch i do still have. Top of all of that I do in fact receive party invites on
my cell phone Xbox app but i dont get nether party or game on the xbox one or one x. I dont know how these forums work but if im able to answer back on these thing then il happy anwser any questions but this has been going on for close to 2 year now and contacted
support many times through out and tryed everthing els there is to try one 2 different xboxs

Not receiving party invites or messages :/

Hiya, I'm not receiving party invites, game invites or messages. They don't show up until I turn my xbox off and back on. My NAT is open and I have no problem connecting to the party if I just click join, but I'm not receiving the invites. Does anyone know
the cause of this or a fix? My friends receive my party invites my can't connect, its strange. Any help would be great

Just to double-check, on your Xbox One console when you go to Settings>Preferences>Notifications, do you have Notifications toggled on? On the right side of that option, when you select "Xbox notifications", are "Party & game" notifications toggled on as
well?
