Receiving multiple complaints about a certain gamertag

I have been receiving multiple complaints about the gamer tag [Mod removed]. People have been getting death threats and nasty messages to the family members of the people he is harassing. the video linked is of him harassing the main person. the harasser
has been banned before on another account but continues to harass people. Is there anything that i can do?

Changing Gamertag

If you're receiving hate messages, you need to file complaints on those users and block them. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

Xbox Live Gamertag

I have been receiving multiple hate messages on Xbox Live, forums, etc and don't have enough money to change my gamertag. I came here to request a gamertag change for my account.

The best you can do is report him through your console, then avoid the play and block communications with him.

Actually, only the people who have issues should report the user. The PET will disregard reports from someone who has never interacted with a person and it could ruin a legitimate report in the future as the reporting account would be flagged for false
reports.

Also, it is against the ToU of the forums to name and shame.

You posted in the right place. Also I'm pretty certain Xbox is aware of this issue because of the multiple complaints they've received.

But right now I think the only think you can do about these issue right now is wait for a patch. It is frustrating but their isn't anything else anyone here can do about it.

The two suspensions are not likely related. All complaints are investigated before being acted on. It is likely that you received the comm ban from one complaint, then received the account suspension for a completely different complaint. It takes time for
the enforcement team to be certain that a complaint is correct.

It violates the terms and conditions & if you do use one you will likely receive a lot of user complaint's against your Gamertag if suspected, I can't say for certain you will be banned but in my opinion to stay safe from any potential bans don't use them
at all.
