Can you play online games normally? Check your nat, look in enforcement to see if you have not been penalized for any conduct.

Hi again, Sorry to hear it didn't fix the problem. I could suggest you remove your account from the Xbox and add it again making sure you have all your log in details and remember your password. Just a thought not sure if it will fix your messages but worth
a go if you have tried everything.
