Receiving messages from a bot that is advertising an adult cam site

I couldn't find a place to email xbox live support so I figured I would post this here.

Somebody has created a bot under the gamertag "OurSWFHottie" and is spamming me auto generated messages wanting me to visit an adult cam site.

Obviously as somebody who has been on the internet at least once in my life I know that this is more or less common on other social media platforms but it is the first time in my 8 years of Xbox Live that I have experienced this here.

I felt the need to post this to express my disappointment that these kinds of people have now inserted themselves into the gaming community and hope something can be done about this as soon as possible.

I feel that Microsoft needs to take action as the host of an online gaming platform that many under age children frequently use.

A limit like that would make it difficult for the site to be exploited by bots for automated advertising. Personally, I can also send as many messages as I want on xbox.com, so the issue doesn't seem to be with the site...

I got a random message from a bot advertising for a gaming loan website. Who gets loans for video games?

 

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.
