Receiving messages and invite late

I'm not sure where to post this, but this is a problem I've had for at least a day and a half. I need help with it.

I'll get an invite or something, and all of a sudden I'll get a message or two from other friends or people in game late, like by an hour, 30 minutes, either way it's been annoying not recieving my messages on time and when I check my inbox, no new messages
are there only the old ones I had.

ive tried resetting my xbox when I'm done for the day, signing out then signing in, nothing helps. Please can someone tell me how to fix this? Or where to ask so it can be fixed

EA Access have removed info from there page.

I received a beta invite about 20 minutes ago via Xbox Live message.

 

Not receiving invites and possibly messages

try this below and see if it helps , but , why cant change NAT?

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...
