    Receiving error code 80070570 while downloading NHL 15


    I am receiving the error code 80070570 while trying to download NHL 15. I have 153gb avail on the hard drive. I have downloaded 2 other complete games with no issues. I followed the instructions on the error & status code search page except using a
    USB drive and that's because I don't have one. I have attempted all other steps 4 times and get the same result which is NHL will download until 95% and the installation stops with the same error code each time. I have rebooted my modem and router, called
    my internet provider to check for any issues so I know it's not the internet connection on my end. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance for your time.

    Sorry to hear about the issues downloading NHL 15! I can definitely understand how frustrating the could be. This has been passed on to the proper teams who are currently investigating the issue. We are currently looking into this issue here and
    we will be posting any updates we receive there as well. In the meantime, I recommend trying the steps listed in our problems downloading a game on Xbox One troubleshooting page.
