Receiving error 0x80a40008 when trying to log in right after automatic inappropriate gamertag ...

Hi,

Ive been receiving error 0x80a40008 when trying to log in. Been getting this error for 5 days now, happened right after automatic inappropriate gamertag change. Did the whole reboot thing, unplugged router modem etc. When logging in at xbox.com im getting
this error too:

Server Error in '/' Application.

I'm still receiving error codes trying to log into XBOX LIVE Daily Challenges, in particular, Error Code 002408 when trying to play Solitaire or Mahjong. It is 4/14/13 3:13 AM.

 

I've had the same problems I mean this is *** and customer support doesn't even know what's going on real FAIL!!

 

I got the exact same thing an tech support is bsing me around for 5 days now.

 

I guess we gotta just keep hounding support until they get it through their heads that it's a problem on their end

 

I've been through so much since day 1 November 22nd. Pre order of xbox one got canceled accidentally by Microsoft, they apologized with a 3 month free of gold I'm like wtf are you kidding me? Had to go to gamestop last minute to get one. Then right before
the holidays my xbox one wouldn't start up anymore. They said it was the power supply. I had so send it in but had to pay for shipping (overnighted for $70). So there I was stuck with no xbox for the holidays. Got the new power supply in January only to find
out that the console was the problem all along, not the power supply. So had to replace the console, would take almost a month so chose the advance exchange which is a $500 hold, just great. And now this ***.

 

Yea the tech told me it was a problem on there end and that my case could take up to 4 days to even begin to be looked at but yet they replace my inappropriate gamer tag with one that is a discrimination against kids with handicap disabilities real winner
XBOX.... Ugh wish I could jst return it for a ps4 but prolly jst sell it for $100 cheaper

 

yea xbox only cares about the money hence whey their owner is the richest man in the world. titanfall drops tonight so it better be fixed by then...

 

i just tried to switch my profile to a different microsoft account like it gives you the option to do on the 360 and support told me you cant do that. i was like ITS RIGHT THERE! they said oh no that only switches the email address. these people are F'ing
useless i swear. this problem wont be fixed i promise you.

 

the tech just told me that support cant fix it they have to send it to their "teams" to view the situation. if it makes anyone feel better my ticket is in the teams mailbox waiting.

 

im going to call the escalation team. i have to get my ticket number first from the stupid support team.

it wont be. and not all the old tricks of calling the escalation teams dont work. there is a voice recording telling you to call 1-800-4-my-xbox. ugggghhhhh. i have no idea what to do. looks like im buying Dark Souls 2 and playing that until this problem
is fixed. such a shame. my gamertag was [Mod Removed]. Porno is really that offensive that you have to ban it and [Mod Removed] up everything?? Xbox seriously has no clue what they are doing. every time i talk to support through
chat i link all these forums and hope they read every last thing sad about how pathetic they are haha

 

I don't see how my previous gamertag,[Mod Removed], was marked as inappropriate.
