    Receiving emails in French


    I am receiving emails in French. I have a family account with my son and every time he wants to request more screen time or purchase something on his xbox, I get emails, but they are in French. I have already checked my Microsoft profile and everything is
    correct. When I log into my Microsoft account, everything on the screen is in English. But all the emails from Microsoft Family Safety are in French.

    Please help.

    Do you by chance have any addresses or contact information based in France, set up on your Microsoft profile? You can click on your picture in the upper right corner of these forums, and click Microsoft Account under it, and go into your account from there
    to edit contact info, addresses, phone numbers, shipping or billing addresses etc.

    Country and timezone settings may have changed.

    Can you check this? :

    1. Go to
      https://account.microsoft.com/       and sign in.
    2. Select Edit personal info.
    3. Locate Home, choose your country on the drop-down that you can see beside
      Country/ region.
    4. Kindly set your Country's region and timezone.
    5. Hit Save.

    Hi, that will be down to your attitude in terms of region and language. You can change in the browser under your Microsoft account or directly on the XBOX
