    On 13 Aug I bought a one year Premium membership for the add-free Microsoft Solitaire Collection (Order f5e060d9-35d5-40f5-baff-b2213f04cdf7) . It worked fine until I had to get my computer reset; now I'm back to those irritating
    adds again. I chatted with a James D from live support and he had me do all kinds of troubleshooting stuff (jpconfig flushdns etc) then reboot; it didnt work; the adds are still coming up. Mr. James D said for me to post the problem on this site and you would
    take care of it.

    I paid for premium membership on my computer. I also play on my tablet and it's asking for me to pay for premium membership again. Do I need to have seperate membership for each device I use?

    You are correct, the passes are tied to the account that purchased it, i.e the Gamertag.

    This also applies for the premium membership, you will still receive the Premium Status on another console provided it has the appropriate updates downloaded.

    So the Premium membership you got for your phone is ONLY applicable for your phone. Currently Premium membership does not transfer across platforms.

    I'm having the same issue.

    When I first installed the Premium content, I received the Battlepacks and was able to play the DLC maps but my Battlelog doesn't recognize my premium membership and it seems to work sporadically on the Xbox as well. Sometimes I don't get access and then
    a few weeks later, I'm spammed with Battlepacks.
