Receiving a Xbox console ban and permanant account ban for NO REASON

Hello everyone, My name is Jamie and i've been playing on Xbox for the past 3 years. My account gamertag is ''Uka''. Previously last week i received a console ban and a permeanant account suspension for absolutely nothing. I was in a party with a few friends
and they were harassing someone in the party that i was in, The person that was being harassed called up Microsoft while he was in the party and filed a complaint against everyone in the party for harassment and threats. I'm literally sitting there not saying
a single word to the guy being harassed but yet everyone in the party received a console and account ban. As soon as this guy in the party reported us i knew the ban was coming for everyone in the party so i decided to get in contact with the Microsoft team
as soon as possible which is what i did. I was able to get in contact with a member of the Xbox chat support team named ''Idriss E''. I explained everything that had happened and these were his exact words ''No worries my friend i will take care of this for
you, This way nothing will happen to your account. Everything is done now Jamie, i ensure you that nothing will happen to your account. I sent the case to my boss he will take care of the rest. Now don't worry about anything nothing will happen to your account.''
So of course i believed him, Thanked him and moved on thinking i was safe and that nothing would happen to my account. Around 2 days later i receive a massive ban on my Xbox console and my Xbox Live account with a red hammer.

This system is honestly so messed up, People are receiving bans on their consoles and accounts for no reason or the stupidest little things. Xbox live support employee's are lying to players that needing help and nothing is being done to resolve any of this.
The banning system has so many complaints against it all over YouTube where people are explaining their stories on why or how they got banned and the YouTube video receiving thousands of views and likes and people in the comments agreeing to the system being
trash.

Now because of being lied to by a member of the support team and for having nothing to do with harassing or threatening other players i have lost all of my Xbox Live subscriptions, All my games and stats, My 3 letter gamertag and of course my whole Xbox
Live account & Xbox console.
