Received wrong reward

Hello WVU MTNEER,

We have been out of stock of vault Credits for the past couple weeks. We see that you claimed the Warframe Platinum prize on April 9th. Since you claimed that prize, that is the prize you had.

Since that is not a rewards program offer, this is the wrong forum. But promotions are sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There is no way to find out why one account receives one and another doesn't.

We see that the "Powries" gamertag has similar information to this current account, so it is likely yours, as you suspected. We see activity on this account as recently as April. You may wish to contact Xbox support to see if you
can recover this account (support.xbox.com/contact-us), and once you can log in, opt that account out of the Rewards program using the opt-out link at the bottom of the MyRewards page. Since that account was more recently registered (in March), it is now the
one being addressed in your emails. Your Rewards Account is still working as expected.

Same. I spent $80 on the Ultimate sale and the punchcard for "spend $40 receive 4000 points" in the rewards app remains blank, Attempting to click on the redeem tab on that reward redirects me to the store with error message "something went wrong". I made said purchases on Friday and Saturday I believe, its now Wednesday and the purchases are still not reflecting in the reward app and still getting the same error.

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.
