    Received THREE account suspenions across multiple days when I wasn't even playing.


    So first I received a communications suspension after being reported by a team and their friends. They invited me to a party talked some trash after getting beat so I messaged them and talked trash back (I know this wasn't a good idea, but it happened).
    I also know that suspensions don't happen from just one day of reports, but I don't talk trash or troll really ever. People just abuse report functions when they can't handle get beat.

    Now, these aren't excuses, but I am unhappy that after the first suspension, I didn't play for days. And when I log back in, I come to find out that not only did I receive the original communication suspension, but I also received a Live suspension for two
    weeks. This suspension didn't come into effect for THREE days after the first. WHY? I didn't even play during that time! And what even is the point of giving my account two different suspension when the second one does basically the same thing as the first,
    but also restricts me from actually playing online as well?

    Here comes the part that actually make no sense AT ALL. I called support to figure out what's going on because lets be honest, the enforcement team is a joke and there is absolutely no way to communicate with them, and case reviews ALWAYS end up with the decision
    being upheld and never actually being told why or having any form of communication with an enforcement team member. So when I contacted support, they tell me that there is nothing they can do, and I can communicate with the enforcement team through a case
    review (HAHA). Then the lady proceeds to tell me there is a third suspension on my account. WHAT?! The third one is ANOTHER COMMUNICATIONS SUSPENSION. WHAT IS GOING ON?! What would EVER be the point of putting THREE different suspensions on an account? Two
    of which are the exact same thing, and the other one not only does the same thing as the other two, but more.

    Xbox Live is a joke. You pay a monthly fee, mind your own business, make one mistake and get screwed over with three different suspension, days apart from each other when you weren't even playing for days after the first one. I understand
    the first one was deserved, but the second to are absolutely ridiculous. I'm done wasting money with this soulless company. I even just bought a new Xbox One S the same day that my DAY ONE edition broke. Luckily eBay and Craigslist are still very real things.

    My Xbox One is RE-installing all my games!!

    I am using an external HDD and a while back I moved my games across, Since the last update last week, I have had instant on and over the weekend, my xbox re-downloaded all my games (titanfall, bf4 etc). It wasn't downloading just the update, it updated the
    WHOLE game. Anyone else had this? Re downloads even when I used a disc. Downloaded 80gb in three days.

  3. Account Hacked on 8/2 - Still no resolve.

    I feel your pain my account was compromised on July 8 and I called it in on July 9th.

    Still waiting.

    First time I called I was told 15 to 30 days.

    Then I was told 21 days the 2nd time I called and 21 days in a email that I finally received.

    I only received one email and that was on September 5th. Thing is the email wasn't even in English it was in Portuguese.

    Another thing I could do is sue as well. Don't really care that much, but we all know that no human actually looks over these cases or case reviews as they claim. If this case review is denied (which it obviously will be because, like I said, no person actually
    looks over them), then I just might go through the courts to get back my money that they are denying me for the last month of Gold that they charged me for that I cannot use and are refusing to refund. Looks like PS4 is in my future seeing that Sony actually
    treats their loyal customers with respect.

    Pro tip: don't waste your money with Microsoft anymore. All they care about is the money you give them. And once they receive said money, they stop caring about you as a customer all together. They make no attempt to even help you understand situations like
    this, or even answer simple questions like why? After spending thousands of dollars with this company, I can officially say I'm done with their BS. Well, after I get my money back that is.

    A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are not sure why it occurred,
    please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
    Enforcement History
    on enforcement.xbox.com.

    Just to add,the rules are the same on PSN so you wont get away with breaking the rules there.

    You are not entitled to any refunds so you wont be getting your money back.

    Doesn't matter how long you've been with xbox/xbox live,you still have to follow the ToU/CoC like you agreed to & will still be punished if you are caught breaking the ToU/CoC.

    There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for a violation of the rules.While investigating your case they found other violations you had committed which is why you had other suspensions added.

    Bever said their rules are different. But I know for a fact they have real people running their enforcement teams and that you are able to communicate with them instead of being given the run around like Microsoft does. And I am entitled to my money if these
    enforcement acts extend into from one membership update to the next.

    And simply speaking, they didn’t find other violations. They’re just unorganized and a laughable program. If it was due to multiple violations, why not just punish with one, more severe suspension instead of three (two of which are the exact same thing).

    Dude, hop off them. They’re just an unorganized POS company that doesn’t actually give a **** about their custos.

    and don’t pull out that bull about contacting them through case reviews because there is literally no form of contact at all. All you do is write a maximum of 500 characters about your problem, wait a couple days just to indefinitely be told that the decision
    was upheld. Without even as little as a reason why or any form of real communication between your client and those “people” that claim they are there to make Xbox a safer place for all the pansies that can’t handle hearing the word boob.
