Received the incorrect HD for my XBOX360 - cannot exchange and have not received feedback from ...

Hey,

I bought a new HD for my XBOX360 Elite Call of Duty edition via http://myservice.xbox.com. I registered my xbox360, selected the correct accessory and ordered it, but when it arrived, it was the wrong item.

I received a S-model Hard Drive but I got one of the first edition XBOX360 where you have to attach the HD on top.

Timeline:

4th of January: ordered the HD on 4th of January, received it a few days later.

10th of January: contacted MS support via chat on and they raised a new service request.

18th of January, contacted MS support via phone and they were going to contact me 2 days later

26th of January, still have not heard from an MS representative.

How can I exchange my HD for the correct one without having to go through VISA to cancel my payment.

Quantum Break PC code and Alan Wake code missing!

On February 14, 2016, I purchased the quantum fracture has not received game changers from pre-order codes and the PC version of quantum exchange the broken code, please help me! I've contacted chat support a couple times about this issue but they sent me

What error code do you receive with the error message? That can usually help narrow down the issue. Otherwise, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from for an exchange. Forum support can only resend codes received from digital
purchases. They cannot exchange your code for a gift card.

I tried that and tried several chat session, I was told each and single time that this was being escalated and xbox support was going to contact me.

Nobody has.

Why is it so hard to resolve this issue?

Thanks for the feedback. My receiver is a Yamaha RX-V373 and it does indeed support Dolby TrueHD;

HD Audio format decoding: Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio; Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD High Resolution Audio

To Dayton; so it does appear multi channel on the receiver display but the format is PCM. Seems strange. Again, with the HDMI passthru, and the TV function it is still PCM. But if I hook my Sat receiver in directly the A/V receiver displays Dolby Digital.

There are no offers to receive credits for gamerscore and since gamerscore had no monetary value it cannot be exchanged for funds.
