Discus and support received the codes to redeem the gears games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi I have not received the codes to redeem the gears games.     GOW games

    After playing Gears of War 4, I was entitled to the full back catalogue of Gears games.

    I received a message from Xbox Live with the codes to redeem Gears 3 and Gears: Judgement and after redeeming Gears 3, I went back to redeem the code for Judgement but the message had disappeared along with the code.

    Can't redeem some of the Gears of War codes received with console Bundle.

    I recently purchased a new Xbox One console which was bundled with Gears of War 4. It also came with all previous Gears of War games via backwards compatibility. I received codes for the previous Gears of War games from Xbox live in my Xbox messages on my
    console. I tried to redeem the codes and was only able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgement. Gears of War 1 and 3 don't allow me to redeem them. I get an error saying that I need to change my language settings (which is English). I don't know why I should
    change language and even after changing language and location I still received the same error. Please can someone help me to redeem the codes for the two games?

    The other games will come in the form of a code as long as you redeemed Gears 4 before today. It can take up to 30 days to receive the codes.
