Received invalid promo code fox Xbox 360 trade in

I went to the Microsoft Store online trade in page (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbPage.XboxTradeinOffer?icid=XboxUber_ModC1_TradeIn),
filled out the trade in forms here (http://microsoftconsoletrade.cexchange.com/online/home/index.rails), and received 1) an email order confirmation and 2) another
email with the $100 coupon code. Both the e-mails are *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** which I guess is a Microsoft partner that processes the trade ins. I mailed in my Xbox 360 via the pre-paid FedEx label and it has already arrived at the destination.

I traded in my Xbox 360 last week so I could take advantage of one of the $50 gc and free game promos, but most of them sold out while I've been trying to resolve this issue. I've tried the promo code on literally every single Xbox One console available
in the Microsoft Store and it always shows up as "invalid promo code". I've called Microsoft Store support at least 5x now. Everytime I call them, they tell me they will have a superivsor call me back the next day after looking into the issue. They have not
returned a single phone call at this point.

I also tried Xbox customer support chat twice; both times I was told to contact the Microsoft Store.

I e-mailed *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and regardless of what I write in my e-mail, they just tell me to contact Microsoft directly.

I went to a physical Microsoft Store location to see if I could get some help there and I was told they could do nothing to help me and I must contact the Microsoft Store customer support number.

Whichever MIcrosoft support department I contact just tell me they are not responsible and to speak with one of the other departments. My Xbox 360 is already at their facility so now I have neither my Xbox 360 or a new Xbox One. Any help would be greatly
appreciated, as I'm pretty much out of options at this point; thanks.

try sending an email to the IT guys directly at CEXchange

maybe you get lucky and somebody aswers in time

otherwise make copies of the deals online (save to pdf or something) and call sales and argue with them. maybe you get lucky and they will extend the deal because of this problem. Just call multiple times and argue with multiple different agents.

Umm I am pretty sure you would have to order an Xbox One from the Microsoft store and enter the code via the MS Store site at checkout to get the discount.

 

In fact that is exactly what you have to do. I just checked for myself and you have to enter your promo code at checkout. Try doing that and reply back if you get the discount.

 

I'm entering the promo code at the Microsoft Store checkout. I just included the links for where I got the trade in because when I talk to the customer service, they seem to have no idea where I would have gotten the promo code.

YES! I am having this same problem now. Every customer service line I talk to has no idea what to do and just transfer my to a new department. It is incredible frustrating. Did you ever get it sorted out?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

I am having this same problem. I am trying to trade my PS3 for the coupon and I keep getting errors and bugs on the website. Now I cant even get the coupon because it says I already claimed one. Already talking to 2 Online Supporters, they could not do a
thing to help.

 

I am having the same issue. I know somebody at MS has to have the ability to re-issue a code but no one seems to know who. I basically gave away my Xbox 360 for nothing.
