How long did it take to receive the second email with the coupon code?

If you are a US citizen. Then you're s**t out of luck!

 

If you received an invalid promo code just call cexchange customer service at 1-800-351-6864 they will happily give you a new valid code. Their customer service rep told me they had some invalid codes go out due to technical problems but the issue had been
resolved.

 

SolidScopion THanks a lot. Was dealing for 3 hours with Microsoft yesterday (complete usless discussions with 8 different agents). But the number you gave fixed that in 2 minutes (3 hrs waiting for code)

CEXchange are closed on weekends and the deal for the $50 off xbox one ends on Jan 3rd. so since my promo code is invalid i will end up losing out on saving $50 from an xbox purchase because they gave me a wrong code. also i feel like calling microsoft would
solve nothing and end up just making me waste my time. any suggestions on what i should do?

 

try sending an email to the IT guys directly at CEXchange

maybe you get lucky and somebody aswers in time

otherwise make copies of the deals online (save to pdf or something) and call sales and argue with them. maybe you get lucky and they will extend the deal because of this problem. Just call multiple times and argue with multiple different agents.

alright thanks, i tried emailing them. i actually did call microsoft and they pretty much told me the only option i had was to do pretty much what you just said. thanks for the help midnightAT

 

i called CEXchanged on monday, and they had 3 codes available and one actually ended up giving me 150$ coupon for the xbox. so they helped alot in like 2 mins, thanks alot man
