Its a shame but your always going to find keyboard gangsters on live, just set them to avoid and block. If these things get to you so much u might want to stick to offline for a bit until your strong enough to deal with the idiots and there comments.

Stop using your MIC in public games might help if you are easily offended.

Customer support have a habit of telling people to post on the forums when they either can't do anything or don't know what to do.

The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done via the forums.

You may want to block communications with anyone sending you upsetting or harassing messages as well.
