    Received communications suspension and have no idea what I got suspended for even after case ...


    I recently got slapped with a commo suspension. I've looked through all my messages the day xbox said I was reported, and could find nothing that would corroborate the reason given for my suspension. I have also not talked to anyone in game chat for many
    days before the suspension, so it definitely wasn't voice chat related. Is there any way I can specifically see what I was suspended for? Thanks

    Suspension duration?

    Ummm, I received a communication ban for 14 days. The 14 days was up yesterday. Why is my communication still not working? Can someone answer this question? I put in for a case review days ago and still no response. What the heck is going on? And how can
    you be under a suspension and then get suspended again when you can't use communications because it is already suspended?

    My Suspension has not been lifted

    I was suspended for communications for two weeks. And after 3 days the suspension was never lifted, I don't know if it's a glitch

    or not. I have no idea what to and i have already contacted xbox support.

    If you have already submitted a case review and the ban was upheld there is nothing further you can do. The enforcement team won't explain in detail but rather give you an overview of what you were suspended for. They base their enforcement on the Code of
    Conduct that users agree to on sign up.

    Why do you guys do this?

    Even without a case review, you should have received an email with the reason you were suspended and it should also be listed on the enforcement site. A case review is only to have them review your case and determine if the suspension should be upheld or
    not. They will not give you specifics about what you did.

    Why can’t I see my active suspensions and why have I been suspended for a year ?

    Have the same problem got suspended for God knows what, I've only hunted invaders in Elden Ring but got suspended with no active suspension popping up on the website. I have no time limit or reason for the suspension as it doesn't even show up when I try to send a message it just says I'm suspended.
