    Hello,

    I was wondering if there is anyway to get back a message that had a game redemption code? i was testing out the new xbox experience, and accidentally mass deleted all of my messages, which one included a game code. is there anyway to have the code resent?

    Hi there!

    I hope you are well.

    Unfortunately, once XBL messages are deleted, they cannot be retrieved.

    If the message was from a friend, you could ask them to send it again. If it was from Xbox, then unfortunately it cannot be resent (as far as I am aware).

    Thank you so much for looking into it! I had pre-ordered Fallout 4 on the Xbox One, and the code was for Fallout 3 as part of the bundle.
