You have to have someone who is already in the program invite you to the program. Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted. If you are accepted, you would receive a message through Live with the link to download the preview program. If you have
not received a message, then you have not been accepted.

So you are saying that the messages sent out now by Xbox only contain rewards and if you are targeted you will receive them, if not you get no communications?

No information about Xbox Gold, Game Pass, Xcloud, Xbox news? These subjects were in messages I used to receive.

He won't be able to unless it's available through xcloud again. That game is not available for PC through Microsoft otherwise.

I’m having the same problem trying to plag Civilization Revolution. Game invites used to be spotty (~50% would actually be received) but starting today nothing I’ve done has gotten any of the invites to go through.

Sending regular messages over the 360 works, and I can even send and receive 360 party invites, but no game invites.

If you've been accepted, you'll receive a message through Live. Keep in mind that the program is almost full so they are not accepting very many people at this time so you you may not receive a message. Being invited is not a guarantee that you will be accepted.
