Received an enforcement notice, but no ban (yet?), would like some info

Yesterday evening I received an enforcement notice (see below)

It's regarding the account used on the XBox One/360 the kids use.

Unfortunately there is no precise reason for the notice. and since no ban was (yet) issued, no option to have the case reviewed.

If possible I'd like to find out what the infringing behavior was so, if need be, I can have a talk with the kids regarding the behavior.

XBox Live Suspension

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

Hi,

That means the offending content was removed but no sanction was applied to the concerned profile, the same thing happened to my son about a Naruto screenshot which was not offending at all (take a look at

here).

As the concerned team (XBLPET) no longer use the forums, you will unfortunately have no more explanation about that, just hoping some Mister from official support will answer to clarify if the removed content was really offending or not as it seems that a
mistaken action could still be possible...

I questioned the boys and the options are:

-1 they got cautioned because an online team member was swearing (feedback headphones to mic), or

-2 they got fingered after making a remark in another game about some players irritating gameplay/behavior

Either way, without proper info it is hard to judge.

The enforcement team may just not have noticed yet. It wouldn't be an automatic banning if you log on with a hard drive like that. But it does put you at risk for being banned.

Even if the other person is not banned yet, they most likely will be. There's no way for you to know for sure when they receive an enforcement action.
