Received a suspension and don't know why

I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and therefore wasn't on my computer for 3 weeks. I sent a brief message to my gift giving friends apologizing for not being able to send gifts to them and assuring them that I was now able to resume sending gifts. I
received a communication suspension from enforcement. I do not understand why. What did I do wrong?

We here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to be able to inform you on what exactly you received an Enforcement action for.

Due to this, I would like to re-direct you to the
Xbox Enforcement website to find more information, and perhaps try to submit for an Case review to alleviate this suspension, if you believe it was ill-issued.

If you did send the same message to multiple people, the enforcement team may have seen it as spam.

I don't know what they see or why they issued the suspensions, so I don't know.

all suspensions receive an email to the account primary email explaining why the account receive the suspension, too.

I don't know much about FIFA, but is it possible you received some sort of suspension for quitting? I know this can happen in Halo, as it has happened to my son. Internet dropped and he got a timed suspension for quitting early.
