Received a one day ban from xbox live. Could someone have made a false accusation ?

the person you argued with may have reported you, its not possible to get banned for a false accusation though.

Unfortunately you cannot appeal a one day suspension so you will just have to wait it out for the 24 hours.

He could possibly have reported you for harassment. Was he a random player or a friend of yours? Sometimes the random players could be trolling you to try to provoke you. From now on, just ignore that type of thing.

My question is how do you investigate something that was supposinly said in a party. Are all voice chats recorded. My son was banned for some reason and we dont know why. He has only beennplaying with me and he has not said or done anything. So was
he banned just because someone got upset and decided to report him falsely. As the ban was from voice communication i can only assume it was for something he said which is not possible. Also why dont we receive a message pitlining why you were banned.

I know this is a possibility. My question is how do i know it is legit. How do you investigate something that was spoken. Is it recorded? And we should be sent a message with the details. How can i change a behavior if i dont even know why i received
a ban or if it was some little 8yo that can handle the fact that i just blasted him out of a winner winner chicken dinner.
