    Received a communication ban because of my little brother.


    I received a comm ban because of my little brother and went to do the questionare to file for a case review, I got the last question wrong, it gave ma another question and made me start over it did this 2 more times, the questions had nothing to do with
    stuff that I should know on xbox live (Ex: Upon receiving a forced gamertag change does the person get to choose their new gamertag.) I am now no longer able to file for a case review because of this.

    Communication ban

    I have a communication ban on my account that I want lifted the message sent was sent by my little brother and I wasn’t aware of it I have never had a suspension and don’t cause any problems so that’s why I want the ban lifted today

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Received a communication ban because of my little brother.

    Actually the questionnaire has everything to do with stuff you should know on xbox live.

    It's there to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you started your account.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums & if you are no longer able to file for a case review then there's nothing you can do.

    You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.I suggest not letting anyone use your account in the future,even put a passkey on it so no one can use it but you.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com However you are responsible for your account at all times.

    My account got banned for communications when I was at work earlier today, so I added a pass key to it, in case my little brother got on my account while I was away at work

    It will depend on the type of suspension you receive. Just because the ban was because of communications does not always mean that you received a communications only suspension. You could have receive a suspension from all xbox live functions, but with
    out seeing the message you were sent I could not say what it is positively. If it is truly a communications only suspension, there is a little catch I learned about the other day from xbox support that if the game requires communications to play a communications
    ban will prevent you from playing that game.

    I know their not wiped but like if I could ask for review I'd explain why I was COM ban and how it wouldn't happen again because my little brother is ban from my Xbox and it sucks I'm stuck ban for something I didn't even do
