Received a 3-Month Free Groove Music Pass that only just expired, can I still get the deal? :)

Basically I signed up for a 3-Month Free Groove Music Pass Voucher, that I received via email, but I accidentally forgot about it. It only expired just recently, I would love to get this voucher renewed, so I can try out the service

I need help with the Grove Music pass 4 month trial

On Aug 31, 2017 I bought the Groove Music Pass 4 month free trial. The description said that I would receive my 3 month code in a few weeks. shortly after I placed that order I bought a 3 month Groove music pass using rewards points, and a 1 month pass for
100 points. I never received my three month for the 4 month sign up. How can I get this resolved?

Groove Music Subscription

I'm posting this piece, I have an issue with my groove pass subscription. I was supposed to get one month free, plus an additional 3 months free. I only received the first month free, and never received a email with the code for the free 3 months. I just
received a bill for the second month.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to reactivate or replace codes that have expired. We can only recover codes that have been sent to you via Xbox Live Messages. Once the code is expired, we have no way of renewing them or extending
the expiration date. Going forward, it's highly recommended that you redeem your codes shortly after receiving them to ensure that your codes do not expire.

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.

Their email stated "Rev up your summer soundtrack with 3 free months (90 days) of music.* Just sign up for Groove Music Pass, and after your first paid month ($9.99), we'll email you a promo code for your bonus months (as always, you can cancel anytime).
But hurry - this deal won't last forever."
