Hello Microsoft,

I purchased a 12 month card today or so I thought. I was not aware that you had a listing for a 12 month live membership and a 12 month game pass for rewards. I assumed that these were the same thing and proceeded to purchase the code for what I thought
was the xbox live code.

After entering it online, it took me to games. I immediately contact the Microsoft chat to see if they could help this error. I have been saving for the 12 month live card for a while now, and that is what I really wanted instead of this game pass.

They told me to send a message here--to help me

600 microsoft points 12 month renewal dashboard promotion

haven't received 600 microsoft points for renewing my 12 month xbox live subscription. I used a retail prepaid 12 month card at the end of march/early april, can't remember the exact date. I've checked email accounts and still have not received points.

Didn't get copy of Rainbow Six Siege for buying 12-month Xbox Gold

My dashboard offered me a promo that if I bought 12 months of Gold I'd get a free copy of Rainbow Six Siege. I bought the 12 months, but received no code for Siege.

Please don't post codes on the forums. These are public so anyone could steal them.

If you got the code from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page, but generally if you've already redeemed the code to your account, it cannot be exchanged.

You won't receive a credit, but the remaining time you've purchased will automatically be converted to Ultimate. So for example, if you have 11 months left of the 12 months you just purchased and add 1 month of Ultimate, you'll have 12 months of Ultimate.

There was 12 months on the card. It said 4-6 weeks and its been since early january. I t was a offer renew you xbox live 12 month gold card and receive 600 ms points back, i received the ones from my live rewards but none from the special offer.
