    Rebuying a game.


    Why is it that I have to buy Tom Clancy's ghost recon Wildlands and get charged a second time and still don't have my old data for the game and all the DLC content. I want a refund and y'all need to fix my game. I followed the guidelines and it said that I shouldn't be charged either since I already bought it before.

    This is ridiculous....and yes I've already tried every single troubleshooting step you can find

    It seems that your query is related to the purchased DLC of the game and the base game that you have. Let us help you get to the bottom of this.

    If you already own Cyberpunk 2077 as a digital purchase on your Xbox account, you will not be charged for the base game again when you purchase the bundle that includes the Phantom Liberty DLC. You will only be charged for the DLC itself. However, please make sure to double-check your purchase history to confirm that you already own the base game and it is tied up to the same account that was used to purchase the DLC.

    Rebuy a game?

    Hi there, BRAVOxBrOx20.

    This can sometimes occur when a game first becomes backward compatible or when you're trying to play a backward compatible game for the first time on your Xbox One console.

    If this is something you're still experiencing, please try a full
    power cycle     of your Xbox One console and then try launching the game again. You should be prompted with an update that will begin that game installation once accepted.

    If you want it digitally, you would have to purchase it digitally. The disc should work for backwards compatible games though. Hopefully someone can post back a way to fix that issue.

    May I ask a dumb question? Why not just rebuy the game? It seems like a small hiccup. Is there a concern about rebuying it?
