    Rebuying a game I already have


    so back in august when call of duty cold war released i preordered and bought the ultimate edition. Now that they have a free weekend event going its saying I have the trial version and its trying to make me rebuy the game over, How do I fix this? I thought maybe it was a glitch with the game itself but when I went into the store on xbox its not even showing that I have the game.

    yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled i've even deleted the reserve data and its still not working and when i go to the store its stilling trying to make me buy the game again

    I am having the same issue with my purchased app 'Premium Solitaire Collection' - ADS and more ADS and wanting me to repurchase. I was on the phone for ages and all the Microsoft person did was download an ad blocker which did absolutely nothing. Searched the internet for help and tried every hint but still getting ads two months down the track.

    Hello there. Sorry you are having trouble!

    Have you tried out these steps?

    1. Open the Manage Game and Add-Ons option.
    2. Choose Black Ops Cold War.
    3. Install all content packs that are ready for download.
    4. Close the screen.
    5. Restart the Black Ops Cold War application.
