Rebuy Issue

That is indeed strange, if order was showing on your order history page you don't have to worry recovering your game license.

On the Minecraft page, have you tried the option to reset the password for your account again? The page should detect your Microsoft and Minecraft account when you attempt to reset the password.

Try signing in your account first on the https://account.microsoft.com website. Once you are signed in, go back to the minecraft login page to sign in with Microsoft account. Mine has been detected automatically upon doing this and you'll see your profile and username on the left if successfully logged in. If you have the launcher still installed, try to re-login on the Minecraft launcher.

If you could provide more screenshot it would help so other members here in the community might see the problem as well, just make sure to cover your personal information.

yes the order is being shown and i signed with my microsoft account then too its giving the same issue

Just to confirm, have you tried checking your Microsoft order history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page to see if the order is showing? Based on the screenshot provided, it seems the page where you are trying to sign in is asking for a Mojang account.

If you have used a Microsoft account before or migrated your Mojang account to Microsoft, try to login again on the page https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login then if you see option to "Sign in with Microsoft" please select that one and try entering your login again.

I have the same issue, all the collections I purchased now say I have to rebuy them

Having this same issue, need help or i might just give in and rebuy all my games on steam and unsubscribe from gamepass
