    Rebel & Retro Rewards - Progression Issue


    Good evening,

    During the course of these two missions I had purchased the minimum amount for both missions more specifically:

    Rebel: (All prices in CAD and before tax as per the FAQ)

    - Mafia III $35

    - HItman Absolution $4,99

    - Far Cry 3 $7.99

    - Mirror's Edge Catalyst $8.58

    - Just Cause 2 $3.74

    ---------------------------

    Total of $60.30 over the minimum of $60 spent

    Retro Breakdown (All prices in CAD and before tax as per the FAQ)

    - Arkanoid Live $2.49

    - Hitman Absolution $4.99

    - Far Cry 3 $7.99

    - Just Cause 2 $3.74

    - Geometry Wars Evolved $1.24

    - Portal 2 $4.99

    - Bomberman Battlefest $2.49

    - Sam & Max Save the World $2.49

    - Sam & Max Beyond TIme $2.49

    - Eat Lead $3.74

    - Ghostbusters $3.74

    --------------------------

    Total: $40.39

    From my calculations I should qualify for both rewards but my progress bar is only showing 80% and 40% complete respectively. Can this be verified? As I'd like to complete the Rebel misisons but wouldn'T want to spend on avatar items if I will not be credited.

    It looks like you are viewing our website in the US region. You will need to change the region to Canada via the green "Select Region" button at the bottom left of the Rewards website. The spending requirements for Canada are, from our FAQ:

    • Level 1: REACH YOUR LIMIT (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) —Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $79 plus tax on eligible Games on Demand titles like Dishonored 2, Just Cause 3, and Far Cry 4 Xbox Store, and movies and TV
      shows like Fight Club, John Wick, Breaking Bad, and Sons of Anarchy from Microsoft Movies & TV.
    • STEP 1: SPEND $53 ON FEATURED TITLES (UNLOCKS BONUS) — Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $53 plus tax on featured Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store, and featured movies and TV shows from Microsoft Films & TV.
      Featured content includes backwards-compatible games, and both new and 'retro' games, movies, and TV shows either from or set in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. See Question 2 for eligible content.

    This means that you have not yet completed these offers, as your spending is beneath the amount required. Furthermore, in the FAQ for Retro Rewards:

    Backwards-Compatible Games: Xbox 360 titles purchased in the Xbox Store that are now available to play on Xbox One. You can see a full list of these games here.
    Please note that new titles are added to this page all the time; if you purchase one and don’t appear to be getting progress for it, please let our forum team know by posting here.

    This means that your purchase of Far Cry 3 and Just Cause 2 went towards only Rebel Rewards, and not both Retro and Rebel Rewards.

    As stated in the FAQ linked, purchases made towards completing a monthly mission will not also be eligible for MyVIP. This is also stated in the Terms and Conditions (https://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions/):

    E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

    11. Each qualifying action may only be applied to a single offer.

    Since your purchases went towards Retro and Rebel Rewards, they were not also applied to MyVIP.
