Since you opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer in March, your purchases went towards that offer instead of MyVIP payback. As specified in our FAQ, you cannot be Rewarded twice for a single purchase:

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Regarding your Gold subscription and April, apologies for the confusion. There was recently an issue with some preview program members where new subscriptions were not correctly recorded, which is why we delayed MyVIP payback for last month. This was due
to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are now correctly detecting subscriptions, but the webpage is incorrectly seeing that these subscriptions are set to end soon, and is therefore showing the popup to renew your
subscription. We are currently in the process of correcting this. As you can see from your recent April payback, we are currently detecting that you are a Gold member.

Microsoft account website. The link we provided will provide you with a list of all your Microsoft subscriptions, and the option to cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will be there. You
will need to contact the
Xbox Support Team for a refund with a subscription. Any other items such as games or downloadable content will need to be refunded through the

refund request form. However, the support team can issue refunds for subscriptions. We hope this helps!
