Reason For My Xbox One Ban

Hello And Good Afternoon

I Would Like To Know Why My Xbox One Has Been Banned It Was Banned On 31st August But Haven't Been Given A Reason Thanks

If it really is a console ban then there is nothing you can do other than buy a new console.

Microsoft don't use the forum for enforcement questions and don't allow appeals for console bans.

my xbox is banned for no reason I've been a loyal customers sense 2012 and i haven't had gold sense jan.12 and come home on march 7 wanting to play the game and be a normal kid after a hard school day and bang console ban for what i dont know at all and
this xbox was alot og money i didnt get a massage about y i was being banned or anything i juss got banned.

 

Sorry, but no one here would be able to give you any information regarding your ban. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle console bans. At this time there is no way to contact them regarding console bans, but you can find more information about

Please do not create new threads stating the same thing you have a thread Here' stating the same thing. As Smwutches stated above only the enforcement team can tell you the reason of the ban and they are the only ones putting them out.

 

I'm simply asking 1 thing WHY IM A BANNED like how can they just ban my xbox one and not tell me why i'm banned and if i can't connect them why did they ban m with no way to connect them about why i'm banned so what your saying is the enforcement team banned
me i lose £200 and i can't find out why? Its not right if my console was banned i need to be given a reason or it could just be a random ban no because still not being given a reason..and i only made another one as they're ignoring my post i simply asked for
1 line why im i banned like the post say they would do a legthy investigation so there must be a reason i wasn't to know this reason or isit just they gonna ban me and not contact me which can be consider illegal as i've just been banned out of the blue no
reason i bought intp the company and they ban me without reason meaning im losing $$$ so again i literally just want to know why im i banned

 

its getting annoying now....i had no idea why im banned but im missing out on xbox live i have which is taking more money i've bought games and dlc and such unable to use them as my xbox one is banned and still haven't heard a reason.. the enforcement team
can't just console ban me .not tell me why then have no way to contact them

 

As already stated no one here can tell you why you have been banned, you should of got a message/Email confirming the ban how long and why

 

haven't gotten any message,email or recent enforcement history on why im banned and i can see my xbox one is banned when i log onto it saying this console has been banned from live and it says its permanent also talking to 5+ staff members from support saying
they can see the console has been banned on the 31 august

 

you will not get a reply here. if you already talked to support staff and they said you need to ask the enforcement team, why are you posting here? we are not the enforcement team. you should contact support again and find out from them how you can get
information from the enforcement team.

if you talked to 5 different support people, then why are you still asking us for info? in two threads no less!!!

As mentioned both above and in your prior thread (thank you for the link, Squid!), no one on these forums is able to assist regarding Xbox Live Enforcement actions taken against your Xbox Live account or Xbox One console. If you check

this page from the Xbox Live Enforcement website while logged into your current Xbox Live account, you should be able to see the console ban listed there. If you do not see your console listed, you are welcome to send me a screenshot of the page you see
privately via Private Message and I can take a look.
