Reason for enforcement action?

I have just received an email stating that I have an enforcement action on my account but I am unaware why - could you please tell me why I received this enforcement action? As far as I am aware I have committed no violation of the Code of Conduct. Please
message me with any information, thank you.

Enforcement for no reason

I was playing tom clancys rainbow six siege then i got a message from xbox live saying i had an enforcement ban for communication

Specific reason for enforcement?

Enforcement does not give you the exact reason or transcripts of why they suspended the account other than the standard, boilerplate category descriptor.

I can tell you that "communications suspensions" are commonly issued for profanity over Xbox messages to other people, or over the mic during game matches. During the suspension, all methods of communicating with other players are disabled, but the account
should still have access to playing multiplayer games.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you.

The email should tell you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

The email did not say why other than 'communication' - that does not provide any information regarding the actual reason for the action or the violation of the code of conduct.

I am not eligible to file for a case review as the action only lasted around 24 hours - regardless, although it is now over, I would still like to see that there is a valid reason for the enforcement action and, if one cannot be supplied, have it removed
from my account's history and receive an apology and some form of compensation for the time I had to wrongly go without my paid for Xbox Live service.

I believe the enforcement action was a mistake as I have not violated the Code of Conduct. If I have then it should be easy enough for a member of the Enforcement Team to show me the violation and demonstrate proof - temporarily suspending my services without
supplying a reason and with no easy method of contact, however, rings of unprofessionalism on Microsoft's part and is an issue they should address.

Then that's the reason,it was a communication offence.

As per the ToU you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof & you will not get any compensation.

Any report filed is thoroughly investigated for a suspension is issued.

As I've already said,the enforcement team do not use the forums so there is nothing anyone here can do.

Log in on
enforcement.xbox.com and from there you should be able to find out why your account was suspended/banned, and for how long.

and i play more PC then xbox and i never get reported for anything at all so GG microsoft for letting 12 year olds control everything on xbox and its so very annoying getting enforcement actions because some little kid didnt like my non harasment no swearing
or anything comment about a game for feedback to the developers for something that i may not have liked or a glitch to try to help them out but nooooo them 12 year olds gota hit that report button its basicly making me not want to be on xbox anymore or purchase
anymore products for xbox and i am 30 years old and mature so ya do something because this crap never happens to me on steam or any other comment sections that are on PC Gaming. I have helped a lot of Devs on steam with posting glitches and bugs with my feedback
and i have never been reported so i think you guys need to do something about that report button because it is majore bullcrap.
