    realy i call xbox live support it told me to get on web site to get support and hung up on me on the phone i only own a xbox one not conputor or labtop and i dont have smart phone had chose xbox or one them i pick xbox had to go to liyberairy to us dest
    top to get support help walk 5 blocks that is haft mile in florida why the (mod removed-profanity) do you dont have phone support any more this
    (mod removed-profanity) up after my xbox dies im going to new system that has phone support not web support what the
    (mod removed-profanity) is wrong with plase's today web is not safe and if it go's down then there will be no way to get support help and only midlie people have more then one deives im lower end class 1 devies i know for fact there more lower
    end on xbox live then all others then midle then next hight class in usa

    I have the Same problem and i have deleted my profile and i cant get contact with someone from Xbox support im realy mad becaus. Its dubbel. Xp weekend on call of duty black ops 2. And i pay for Xbox live. And i cant PLAY can someone help me my gamertag

    It's still not a 'hack'. If someone guessed your Windows Live ID, then you must have had a realy weak password, also NEVER give anyone the email address of your Live ID!!

    You will need to call support to get this fixed, but can take several weeks.

    paypal allows me to link my card to it if i have to i will and then you will be steal chraging my perpayed card the way it works is i us paypal you chrages them they forwed the charges to my card and it works any ways .
