Realms Not working, saying expired, Yet my subscription is still being paid!

It seems like the system didn’t recognize your active subscription when you clicked "Renew," which caused it to start a new one instead of reactivating the existing realm.

I’d recommend checking your Microsoft account billing history to confirm both subscriptions. You can then submit a refund request for the second charge through the Microsoft refund process.

I was having this problem, I canceled my subscription last winter. Yet, I was still being charged for the 10-person realm, even though Minecraft said that my realm was expired, I was still getting charged! Even after my card number got changed. My fix for this was going to xbox.com and singing in to see my payments and billings, turning off reoccurring payments, then canceling the subscription.

Hey, it still isn't working. It doesn't say I have any subscriptions and I have nothing to update. I have paid for the renewal but the realm will not renew itself.

Yes it is active, both PC Game Pass is active and Realms Plus is active. Do you want me to post a screenshot or something to help ?
