Realms glitch or something like that

Okay so I’m working on a new skygen for Minecraft and I get on today and all the sudden it says my realms won’t load so I’m like, okay this happens a lot in to me so I usually restart Minecraft. I restart Minecraft same thing happens. This time I’m like let’s reinstall Minecraft. So I reinstall Minecraft and it still doesn’t work. Then I lose all my realms I look at my subscription and it says I don’t have one even though i paid for it the day before! Please someone help me fix this!

Just a question for all: do you all have Paladins and /or Realm Royale installed? I managed to find a way to force this error... when i visit the RR Store and this is glitched and i leave the store. In 90% of all attempts i got this error after i tried
to open my xbox menu right after leaving the glitched store... i play RR a lot, and this happens only when playing this game... may sound like a gigantic coincidence but maybe someone should do something...

Let me reiterate one last time.

I'm trying to access the "Realms" part of Minecraft on the Playstation 5. For that you need either a Mojang account or a Microsoft account.

I tired using a Microsoft account to login to it but it only takes me to a Xbox website while I'm trying to sign in on Playstation.

That's the problem and I'm seeing if maybe it's a glitch or something like that.

The game kinda glitches if theres like an uneven amount of seperable parties in the room, like 3 parties of 4 or something. Ive seen something like that once or twice.

I believe it has something to do with the world itself instead of the realm, the owner switched the world over to a different realm and it still crashes the game whenever i try to join. II do not have a realm but people from that realm can join my worlds. if we were to convert the realm into a regular world, then i try to join, then we turn it back into the realm, would that potentially fix it?
