    I was able to check and it seems like an issue with your store itself. To fix this, you may need to reach out to your console support in that way they can check as well as offer options to fix the issue.

    I have just had a look at it shows you have to have a 10 user subscription to get a free trial.

    We offer a free 30-day trial of Minecraft Realms to players who have not previously had a Realm and have signed up for a 10-user subscription.

    The realm subscription was a free trial that has now ended although it shows as canceled.

    When you say you started a "clan war type world", was that a world you hosted on your own computer and people could ONLY play when you were playing the game?

    Or did you by accident start a free trial for a Realm, where your world is hosted by Microsoft on their cloud servers so anyone can get on that world anytime (with or without you being online), and now the free trial ended, and you didn't pay the monthly Realm
    fee, so the wold is inaccessible unless you pay for the realm?
