Realm Feed is not working

Hello there!

Regarding the issue that you have I just need you to be more specific if you are using the Xbox Console or a Windows Pc in order to play the game?

If you are using the Xbox you can try the following steps first in order to refresh your account and your device:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:

1- Go to settings on your Xbox

2- Select system

3-Select storage

4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

Note: When doing this step please make sure that you always play online so that all your data is saved to the cloud

For any in-game related issues, it's best to get in touch with the developer of the game for further assistance. You can do so through Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

Ugh i have the same problem too. My friend on PS4 can upload to the realm feed but me and my other friend(owner of the realm) both on PC cant upload to it...

Hi. I am unable to to use that link to report my issue. I have the same issue as the person above. Could you please advise me as to how I should go about fixing my realm feed so that I may upload my screenshots. Thank you.

Anyone have any luck? I've been having this problem for over half a year now. Xbox support just bounces you to Mojang support and Mojang support bounces you back here.
