Realm expired while still charging me money and won’t renew

I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

Can someone please help.

Realms do not automatically renew (I know from forgetting to renew mine twice). If you just let it expire you won't be charged.

I have confirmed the purchase, it is my realm that I have renewed, then days later it expires. I was playing on it perfectly fine. It says that is was renewed August 27th, and my next payment is on the 28th of September, but it is still expired.

If you check the subscription in your account, is it showing active or expired/cancelled?

Actually, you are not being charged yet unless the subscription will renew after a month. So if you have cancelled this before it will renew, supposedly it will just expire and does not charge you for anything.

There is a possibility that this pending charge is just an authorization charge and you will not be charge unless you turn the autorenewal on again.
