    I just tried to get my account back and got hung up he said one moment sir never asked me any verification that I could give I couldn't give a password and the gmail was wrong on the account they don't verify emails when u great a Xbox account so how was
    I to notice i could offer other ways to verify but never asked me anything how do I file a direct complaint to Microsoft?

    How is that any type of customer support rude it isn't even 9:00 he called me 10 mins ago and just like that hangs up in the whole corona virus situation we can't even get any support for anything now I can't get my account back? [mod removed] Microsoft

    And u know what the moment my account got locked I tried to unlock it so can't they hire someone with brains to actually work with?

    I had another question I wanted to ask over the phone but didn't get any help like usual.

    Don't waste money on Xbox get a computer they won't magically lock ur account for some random reason then make u do all this stuff to just contact them my account was working 1h ago...
